Not what it's worth..

Ok, a quick vent here. The building we are in is 3o old. Not really old for a building. THE DANG THING IS FALLING APART! Two balconies collapsed in December now the front carport is condemned. We can't use our front entrance (in a building with 90 units) I have counted 20 more balconies sets that have yellow caution tape up..(the building inspector was already out when the first one collapsed) The kicker is they told us the didn't know how long because they didn't have a contractor yet. WHAT??? Who's doing the new balconies?? Santa Clause?? This is one of the many reasons I started a home business.....to create a different lifestyle and so I can get my little ladies a home of their own! (one that's not ready to completely fall apart, at least not any time soon)
