Didn't get here much this month!

We have all been sick since the beginning of the month! Yuck! Flu bug, cold bug we had it all. Plus I had 2 teeth pulled! OWCH!!! Makes for one very crabby family! Not much sewing done at all, but I did manage to trace and cut out 2 pairs of pants for myself) one Kwik Sew pattern and the other from Burda WOF 2/2007 magazine) and a skirt for myself. I need to get some dresses done for the girls and I will be making a little fleece outside suit for Jessie. Her snow suit is too bulky and she gets to warm. I'll be using Maldon Mills in a beautiful dark pink. Warm and should solve the barely fastening the car seat belt Micro fleece dilemma. Waiting on some beautiful knits for the pants and I already have some pale yellow linen for a pair of pants and a skirt. The skirt is for easter and will go with a nursing mock twin set I am making out of a pale yellow rib knit. We are also preparing for a direct sellers vendor show coming in March. the 17th to be exact. If you want to check out great stuff from vendors such as Avon, Mary Kay, Suzanne and of course my wonderful Gourmet Soy Candles and you are in the Evanston area, drop by. It's free to the public and you might find some great gift ideas. Go to my website www.scents2success.com and contact me for more info and directions. Well it's time for bed. the house is quiet but it's late. Nighty night!

My next project: AB In Town bag

This is the fabric I am using to make the In Town bag. I am actually making 2 as one will be a gift for someone. The stripe will be the inside and the flower the outside. Should be nice when finished! These are Alexander Henry prints.
